LocallStore does not ask for your name, email or any account. This page explains the little information that does pass through when you visit, and what happens when you click a link to a retailer.

What this site collects

There are no accounts, sign-up forms, comments or checkout on this site, so we do not ask you for personal details.

The company that hosts the site (Cloudflare) handles each page request and may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you ask for. It uses this to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use that data to identify you.

The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. Cloudflare describes it as a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. We use no other analytics or advertising trackers.

Cookies and links to retailers

This site does not set its own cookies.

The buttons that lead to retailers are affiliate links. When you click one, the retailer or the affiliate network that runs its program (for example Impact, CJ Affiliate, eBay Partner Network or Amazon Associates) may place a cookie or similar tracker in your browser. This is how they know we sent you, so that we can be paid a commission if you buy. It does not change the price you pay.

Those companies collect and use their own data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not stop you from using this site.

Other sites

Once you leave LocallStore for a retailer's website, this policy no longer applies. Please read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

How we use information

We use the limited technical information described above only to run and protect the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your choices and rights

Because we collect so little, there is usually nothing for us to look up or delete. If you live in a place with privacy laws, such as California, you may still have the right to ask what information a business holds about you, to ask for it to be deleted, and to be free from discrimination for asking. Children

This site is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything else that collects information, such as another analytics tool, a newsletter or ads, we will update this page first and change the date below.
